This exploratory study used a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods. The study population consisted of secretarial professionals working in Zone 1, Guatemala. A sample of 50 secretaries was selected through a combination of snowball sampling and convenience sampling. Data were collected through a survey questionnaire and semi-structured interviews with 10 secretarial professionals.
