In a world filled with mythical creatures and legendary heroes, our protagonist, referred to as "ore" (a casual way of saying "I" in Japanese), finds himself in a peculiar situation. Despite being hailed as a hero, destined to save the world from darkness, he gets "netoraretakedo" - a term that seems to imply being caught up or entangled in a web of expectations or perhaps even romantic interests.
Chapter 11 continues to explore the dark side of the "Hero" (Yuusha) archetype. While the protagonist has lost nearly everything—his companions and his status—to the supposedly "holy" Hero, his resolve is finally beginning to harden into a concrete plan.
