The safest way to update your device is through the administration panel.

Note: Some carriers disable OTA updates. If nothing appears, try Method 2.

If your unit is not connected to the internet, you can download update packages from the ZTE Support site and upload them manually via the management console.

The simplest method. Access the device's web management interface (typically at 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 ), navigate to Settings > System > System Update , and select Online Update .
