The story follows rookie cop Rachel Heggie ( Pollyanna McIntosh ) on her first night shift in a remote Scottish police station. The arrival of a mysterious, mute stranger known only as "Six" ( Liam Cunningham ) triggers a night of apocalyptic chaos. Six appears to have supernatural knowledge of the dark secrets and past sins of everyone in the station—both the prisoners and the corrupt police officers—forcing them to face a brutal final judgment.
