Adventure two came in the Florida panhandle. Rocco had hitched a ride with a gospel choir van headed to a tiny town called Gray Moss. The town’s annual catfish festival had been sabotaged—someone had swapped the fryer oil with maple syrup. Rocco, using skills from a long-ago summer working a food truck, helped the desperate cooks improvise a spicy bourbon glaze. The festival was saved. In gratitude, the mayor gave him a homemade key that supposedly opened "one lock somewhere in the Smokies."
