By analyzing the unpatched boot chain, the NVIDIA Tegra X1 "RCM" (Recovery Mode) vulnerability, and the primitive state of the Horizon Operating System, we elucidate why this specific ROM serves as the fulcrum for the entire history of Switch exploitation and homebrew development.
