Oh, definitely injuries! As a cheerleader, you're always pushing your body to its limits, and sometimes that can lead to setbacks. I've had my fair share of sprains, strains, and even a broken ankle or two. But I've learned to be patient, listen to my body, and prioritize recovery. Another challenge is maintaining a healthy work-life balance. With a busy schedule, it can be tough to make time for friends, family, and self-care.
